The Talking Bugs

The Talking Bugs formed in January 2011 from the meeting of Alessandro di Furio (classical guitar, ukulele, vocals), Fausto Ghini (classical guitar, vocals), and Paolo Andrini (double bass). Their sound blends Balkan and Hispanic influences with hints of alternative rock in an original and seductive way. After the self-produced album viewofanonsense (2013) and an intense live schedule, the group entered a phase of individual research. In 2024, the band regrouped and evolved, with the addition of Jacopo Cenesi on percussion and drum machine. The new lineup enriched the "bittersweet" aesthetic of their origins with a more structured and contemporary rhythm section. The Kintsugi project symbolizes this return: a precious repair that transforms the past into a new, stronger, and brighter work.
